We currently ship live bait products on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. By special request you may be able to schedule a Thursday shipment by calling us directly at 712.790.4630. Exceptions include any holidays that happen to fall on our typical shipping days. We always schedule your live bait shipment to arrive as close to the requested date as possible. If no date is indicated, it is shipped on the next possible shipping date which allows a 48 hour time frame maximum for bait to arrive in good condition.
We reserve the right to delay shipments when adverse weather conditions prevent us from assuring liveliness of live bait products.
All bait is appropriately packaged to arrive in good, living, lively condition within 48 hours of leaving our facilities. If your bait does not arrive on time, or in living condition, please notify Jewell Outdoors by calling us at 712.790.4630. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving a dead shipment in order to receive a full refund or replacement shipment.
Returns:
We will pay for the return of any non live bait product. If a live bait product is in unsatisfactory condition when it arrives, you may simply dispose of package contents, and recycle all materials. |
